Erica Walker is a law clerk at Hollingsworth & Zivitz. As part of the legal team she assists attorneys with all types of family law issues including: divorce & legal separation; custody; parenting time (visitation); child support; paternity; adoptions (including contested adoptions); prenuptial and postnuptial agreements; post-decree modifications & enforcement (including contempt actions); guardianships, emancipation; domestic partnership agreements & disputes; spousal maintenance (alimony); relocations; protective orders; restraining orders; grandparent rights; education orders; military divorces; CHINS (children in need of services); and family law appeals. She currently attends Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis and expects to graduate in May 2013.

Erica is a 2010 graduate of Indiana University-Bloomington where she earned her degree in Journalism. She volunteers for Child Advocates as a Guardian ad Litem, Habitat for Humanity and she provides Medicare counseling at her local Area Agency on Aging. In her spare time, Erica enjoys reading, cooking, photography, and spending time with friends and family.
