Jessica L. Hopper is an attorney at Hollingsworth & Zivitz, PC, where she practices in the areas of family and juvenile law, DUI and criminal defense, and civil litigation for individuals and families throughout central Indiana.
In her family law practice, Jessica represents clients in divorce and legal separation; custody and parenting time disputes; child support modification; adoptions; post-decree modifications and enforcement; guardianships; relocations; protective and restraining orders; and CHINS proceedings.
In her DUI and criminal law practice, Jessica represents clients in DUI / OWI proceedings; hardship license petitions; infractions; drug charges; and other misdemeanor and major felony charges, at the trial level. Jessica also assists juvenile clients in delinquency proceedings.
Jessica also maintains a vigorous civil litigation practice which includes creditor's rights, employment law, civil tort, and contract disputes.
Prior to joining Hollingsworth & Zivitz, Jessica worked as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the Hamilton County Prosecutor's Office where she received first chair trial experience in countless major felony, misdemeanor, and DUI jury and bench trials. Jessica received specialized training in child forensic interviews and in dealing with victims of abuse.
Jessica resides in Noblesville with her husband and daughter. When she is not working, she enjoys marathon training, indoor soccer, and spending time with her family.

Seminars and Presentations
- In 2010, Jessica served, in collaboration with the National Child Advocacy Centers Coalition, as a faculty member of "Findings Words Indiana," an intensive five day course developed to enhance investigative forensic interviews of child abuse victims. Jessica presented to a national audience of law enforcement, forensic interview personnel, prosecuting attorneys and judges.
- Jessica serves as a member and frequent presenter to the Hamilton County Child Protection Team, an inter-agency task force involving law enforcement, mental health professionals, social workers and nurses, juvenile probation officers, Guardian Ad Litem volunteers, and attorneys focused on developing "best interest of child" philosophy for placement and treatment for children victims of abuse and neglect.
