Our Offices
Hollingsworth & Zivitz strives to provide an environment that places our clients at ease. We recognize that when clients come in to meet with us, they may be experiencing emotional circumstances. Thus, we have made efforts to design our lobby, conference rooms, and offices to provide a comforting environment. We recognize that clients often feel intimidated by the process of dealing with a divorce, or just speaking with a lawyer in general. Accordingly, we make special efforts throughout the process to alleviate any sense of intimidation, and that starts with putting clients at ease from the moment they walk in the door.
We moved into our current office space in July 2009 to accommodate our continued growth. The conference rooms provide ample space in which to conduct mediations in a warm, but professional, environment. With three separate entrances to our office, and conference rooms in opposite ends of our office space, we can accommodate multiple party mediations, while keeping parties completely separate. Our office has wireless networking and many of our meeting areas have flat screen televisions that can be used to enlarge laptop displays or simply to watch satellite television programming during mediation down time.
Because we love our communities and love supporting those who live and work in our communities, our offices are decorated with beautiful, original art by talented local artists.
We serve clients throughout Indiana, and we are centrally located near 116th and Meridian St. in Hamilton County. This location also permits us to be convenient to the courthouses in Marion, Boone and Hamilton Counties, in addition to providing convenient access to neighboring counties.
